株式会社日本リフツエンジニアリング（以下当社）は､事業運営上お客様の個人情報を取り扱うにあたり､個人の尊厳と情報の有用性を尊重し､法と社会秩序を遵守した上で､社内の諸規程に則った適切な管理を行い､個人情報の保護に努めます。
Nippon Lifts Engineering Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) respects the dignity of individuals and the usefulness of information while handling customers' personal information in our business operations, and complies with the laws and social orders. According to the various internal regulations of the Company, appropriate personal information management will be carried out to protect customers’ privacy.
1. 法令の遵守と管理体制の継続的改善
当社は､個人情報に関する法令･規範を遵守するとともに､個人情報保護のための社内体制および諸規程を整備し､これを実効あるものとして運用するとともに､継続的改善に努めます｡

The company will comply with the laws and regulations related to personal information; we will put in place, apply and maintain an internal system and effective rules to protect personal information. The company will also seek continuous improvement in the systems and rules according to the latest standards.
2. 取得･利用
当社は､個人情報の取得に際しては､取得目的を正当な事業の範囲内で明確に定め､その目的達成に必要な限度において､あらかじめお客様のご了解のもと､適法かつ公正な方法で取得し､利用します｡ また､あらかじめお客様からご了解をいただいている場合､法令等に特別の定めがある場合､およびその他正当な理由がある場合を除き､お客様の個人情報を第三者に提供しません｡
2. Acquisition and use
When acquiring personal information, the Company clearly defines the purpose of the acquisition within the scope of legitimate business. Complying with the relevant law, we acquire and use customer’s personal information only with prior consent from the customer, by a lawful and fair means and only to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose. We will not disclose customer’s personal information to a third party unless we obtain prior consent from the customer, or there are special requirements stipulated in laws and regulations or other justifiable reasons.
3. 正確性･安全性の確保
当社は､個人情報の正確性･安全性を確保するため､保有する個人情報を正確かつ最新の内容に保つよう努めるとともに､不正なアクセス､紛失､破壊､改ざん､漏洩等のリスクに対し､適切かつ合理的な安全対策を講じ､個人情報の保護に努めます｡

In order to ensure the accuracy and safety of personal information, the Company will make efforts to keep the personal information accurate and up-to-date. Taking appropriate and reasonable security measures against risks such as unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, leak and etc., we will ensure the protection of personal information.
4. お客様への対応
当社は､個人情報の情報主体であるお客様より､ご自身の個人情報に関する請求をいただいた場合は､すみやかに調査を行い､適切に対応します｡

When a request is received from a customer regarding the information of the customer, we will promptly look into the request and appropriately address the request.
